In an unexpected move, Madonna has listed her Hidden Hills home for $26 million. This sale of the exquisite home comes just a year after she bought it from The Weeknd. The acclaimed and acclaimed singer stayed on as owner of The Weeknd’s former for a year and twelve days and dumped it on the market.
Madonna bought it from Weeknd last year for $19.5 million. Reports suggest the residence has undergone drastic renovations and the Material Girl’s touching hands have taken the apartment to another level.
It is important to mention here that the house, lavish as it is, is expensive. reports out The Streetwall Journal reveal that the residence cost just $19.3 million last April — when The Weeknd owned it. Still, the 12,500-square-foot residence screams its price for every inch of land.

The property sits on a huge piece of land as it covers approximately 12,500 square meters. It features 11 bathrooms (9 full and 2 half) and nine full bedrooms that extend through the balcony. The rooms are painted all white and the built-in bookshelves complement the spacious design.
The French style doors and windows open to the backyard giving a healthy bird’s eye view of the entire property. The windows open directly to the sun. In the morning, Madonna sat in her bedroom and basked in the sun for a decent amount of time. “It’s one of the healing moments. I feel relaxed inside and fight as the sun’s rays embrace me,” she assures.
As all rooms are spacious, the bedrooms allow the morning sun to shine through the entire residence. However, the balcony also has a seating area – which is lavishly decorated – to sit under the direct light of the sun. The lounge area is wide and offers ample space. The lobby is twice the height of the blocks and offers a regal entrance to the first floor of the home. Similarly, Madonna’s contemporary home features two kitchens, two dining rooms, and expansive lounge areas that add to the grandeur of the home.
The Street Wall Journal reports that despite the claims, no major renovations have yet taken place. The report argues that the contemporary home underwent a drastic renovation in 2017 when it was owned by a Canadian named Tesfaye. However, Madonna added some subtle things to the house. Some of them are a gym, a singing and dancing studio and 2 pools. Together, of course, these are good additions to the Weeknds’ former home.
